This is a MUST READ

  • DO NOT LEAVE THE HOTEL ROOM NUDE, EXPOSED, OR IN KINK GEAR/REVEALING CLOTHING!

  • Do not remove the colored bands.

  • No drugs. Not even weed. We want sex smells, not herbal.

  • No smoking or vaping in the room. You must step outside the hotel to do so.

  • The smell of sex will come naturally. Please arrive smelling clean and musk free. You will be turned away if you stink.

  • The restroom is open to all. To the benefit of everyone involved, if you need to go number 2 please use the public restroom at the bottom level of the hotel outside of the room. A bad smelling bathroom visit isn't allowed in the room.

  • If you are wearing a black band, understand that everyone is looking out for your safety and comfort. Please be sure to follow the blue band policies if you are hooking up.

  • If you bring sex toys. Do not have them visible outside of the room.

  • If you bring sex toys, please dont share them.

  • Please be observant! Watch the Bands! If you see something concerning, say something to staff!

  • You can moan, you can whip your partners with a nice smack to the skin, but dont be too loud. It is still a hotel. A business at the end of the day. Do not be extremely loud.

  • >> Please do not open the door for people when they knock! Only allow staff to answer the door. We must check ID's no matter what. If you open the door and allow a minor into the room, there could be SERIOUS issues for everyone involved. <<

  • Lastly, the elephant in the room. If you have an STD, do not show up. Proof of cleanliness is required to enter.

Rule breaking policy

If you break any "gentle" rules it'll be a simple correction. Like if you accidentally lost your colored bands and didn’t notice.

For repeat offenses or more concerning behavior like being "pushy" or extremely loud to where the rest of the hotel could hear you: You will be asked to leave with your clothes fully on and with all of your belongings. Some cases will have a single-warning policy.

For extreme offenses, like assault or touching someone without consent, you will be told to get dressed, grab your shit, and get out. If you dont comply, you will be forced to get dressed and forced out of the room. We will call the cops if we have to. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for this kind of behavior.
